Even after having Work from home policy of Company, we have to get multiple approvals from practice head, manager even if they approve HR are worst, they will just drag thing and not approve any exception. If you take early releiveing of 30 days with 30+ leaves also Payroll team deduct more money even by encashing leaves and no proper update in full and final settlement. And no proper update from HR team on deduction. Totally unfair...very disappointed Dear folks whoever wants early early releiveing please get the letter confirming on settlement and resign.

Everything is poor in this organisation except the salary which you received at the time of joining. Work life balance is average in most of the project . People are not approachable. 2 months Bench police is worst. They have short term projects and job security is zero . Always have a fear to loose the job when you will be on bench . Hike is zero .
