I like the Hybrid work policy that's currently in place, gives me flexibility to work and maintain work life balance.

Dislikes

I dislike the Sick leave policy, which is only useful for very few rare situations, hence lacking empathy towards people who may fall sick for just one day (which is mostly the case) and this forces us to use our Annual leaves instead, which is not fair. The pay is not up to market standards as well, wish that was corrected.

Likes

Provides a fantastic opportunity to work in hybrid mode, which has been helpful for many of us. LTIMindtree ensures we have ample of opportunities to learn new techniques related to our skills by providing necessary trainings. For our new mothers, the company offer Flexible work timings OR the option of work from home until the kids turn 1 yr old.

Dislikes

i feel it would be beneficial for the company to be more considerate and flexible in providing work from home option to more employees based on the individual need.

Good hiring process, you get hired immediately and company does not waste time on issuing the offer letters. Offices are standardized and you receive good gifts from the company.

Dislikes

No skip level meetings, no transperancy of work to the senior managers and management, poor appraisals, logged in after the shift timings 3-4 times in a week. Work dissatisfaction and bad culture. If any candidate is joined on contract, then the candidate is kept on contract for atleast 3-4 years, later you are hired as a retainer employee (where the employee and employer PF is not being contributed) and the candidate is kept on retainer for 2-3 years. Nothing like about Ltimindtree. Just we like is L&T name.

After merger company culture is completely failed. We thought the L&T is taking care their employees bit it's not like that. And Management is completely telling their employees to leave if you don't like the work culture. This is the current situation.

Have decent number of projects. Opening multiple new offices globally. Good work-life balance in some projects including mine

Dislikes

Low to average salary hikes. Policy changes on Paid holidays, variable pay etc are deteriorating after LTI and Mindtree merger. Management people in some projects don’t implement company level policies on project related travel benefits. Project learning is very low in some projects

It's easy to get into this hell since they recruit anyone.

This is best example of being worst company in Indian IT consulting sector. It has no culture,no process no organisational mechanism. Just bunch of few jokers running the organisation inspired by cynical SN Subrahmanyan who wants all employees to work 24*7 on salary similar to peanuts

Got to learn SAP 4 HANA

Dislikes

Talent Acquisition team plays with candidate career, they take interview for one role and place candidate in a lower role everytime. HR do not response properly as well. Managers are not co-operative. No human emotions in LTI management. People are not getting leaves if they are unwell. L&T and LTIMindtree is totally different in terms of their work culture and employee job security. Don't go just for the sake of L&T. They only say we are doing hybrid mode but the people are not getting even one of WFH even they are sick. For me they took interview for Billing Supervisor and provided role for Sr. Billing Analyst by saying they don't have Supervisor role at the last moment and ask to leave if you can't continue. They don't provide hike as well to any employee HR only say they will provide but at last moment they ditch the employees. They mostly target employees who have career gap or who are serving notice period because those people will join at their terms they will not wait people to serve notice period and put them on hold....Read More

I'm from B.Sc (non B.Tech), they locked 4y Bond & mention Mtech(4y program) sponsor, that is not free they took my salary to pay. And this is mandatory to take else they are not give job. If joined mtech will lately started mtech program and nearly 5y happend until now hike, no promotion. Salary is fixed for 4y. As discussion happend with HR they told until mtech no hike that means 5y with 24k how will survive in metropolitan areas complete work from office...Read More

No project inside the organization but there hiring the experience candidate and after 6 month there asking to pit papers After merging l&t and mindtree the internal team was not coordinate old l&t emp are not listening Mindtree emp vice versa so no coordinate inside the organization and no new project are there only replace of old emp

Good learning programs, hybrid work culture with 2 days work from office. Good projects and work.

Dislikes

Mid level management, directors are toxic. They have unrealistic expectations without any understanding of ground level reality or even lack the willingness to understand. They make commitments and then expect you to deliver at any costs. Plus the amount of toxicity when they talk to you is beyond your imagination if you are coming from a company with compassionate managers.

Was good when it was LTI, When mind tree comes to the picture Pathetic No hikes no salary increment and joined for same package as in my previous company. And rules are hectic!

Leave policy, No Hike During Joining, Micro management Should be there minimum 9 hrs in front of system. Inside tracker is there it capture movement of applications
