End of Mindstix Era! If by mistake you joined company, leave it ASAP. No work, only politics is in place now. Due to poor management many loyal and reliable employees lost their job at Mindstix. As per company, customer engagement is also a job of end developers. The appraisals can be a bit overwhelming sometimes, rest everything is good

Mentors/Leadership is horrible. No timely appraisals No recognition for those who actually deserve.

Once you work on a project for a substantial time, then you get good flexibility. HR and other admin teams are responsive and helpful.

Dislikes

Work environment and culture is not good. No involvements in teams. Design and UX teams are the FAV people of the management. Other teams such as backend development are kind of left out. No employee engagement such as parties, trips, functions, etc.

There is no Job security and the HR department is very lazy and non-supportive they always tell lies to their employees. Also, the appraisal and the performance bonus are not given by them.
