The company is dominated by few people who are working for more than 10 years at leadership level. One can get double promotions or mid term appraisals by keeping these people happy.

Dislikes

No personal growth for employees, monotonous work and treatment like prisoners. Lot of positives practices are told during interview process however in reality nothing is followed.
