In Mimoza senior management was very good, They were also sitting us in same head office. So our interaction was happened frequently in a day which help us to learn more and more from them through listening their stories and experiences. Apart from this teammates were also very supportive, there were a very jolly environment. Time to time they provided training on PMS, Time management, Excel Power point etc. Their HR policy was good and each aspect of personnel was explained nicely. But when i joined this company, there were going some merger process which was really very scary for me. I felt that my job is not secure here being a new joiner. Senior management was extravagant in nature and they were also not able to generate fund for running f company that's why company gone to shut down.

Work Details

I was in HR department and taking care MP and Rajasthan region. I was responsible for whole HR function for these region from recruitment to exit of the staff. You can say i was taking care whole life cycle of staff for these region.
