The seniors in the dept(HR) seems to say that they support you and help you to grow but that's the exact opposite. They don't seem to take any owner of the work and can't take stand for their own team in front of the management. They are always busy appraising themselves in front of the management to get the best of incentives for themselves and the rest of the teams gets the leftover. And the HR head keeps changing within 2-3 years making an instability in the running of the HR department. These people are good at playing office politics, and the politics within the department is worst. And once you resign they'll treat you even worse. You'll feel exhausted coming to this sort of environment everyday. HR is failing to maintain the confidentiality outside the department while prioritizing it internally.
