I have worked with milkbasket hub in banglore since 5months I liked to worked with this company because here employees can worked with happily our managers Ares very kind person they support us for any situation that's why banglore hub is in rank 1 position so it's was a good company for who wants job properly and hardworker person.

Dislikes

I have no issues for my company he taking all responsibility very well to employees having no problem when he worked there .

Work policy: There is some post and designation who worked from home like auditors they worked out of company where having delievry issues raise that place he go and clear that issue that's the job of auditor

I enjoy the challenges of solving complex problems as well as the sense of accomplishment that comes with finding a solutions.

I enjoy work but we've gone through multiple company acquisitions in the past few years so I have concerns about the stability of my job and the organization as a whole

Good work experience with good culture and also having friendly colleagues and seniors which allows me to gain and learn new work ethics as well.

Timing not fix and also having problems sometimes of variable shift

Terrible work culture and pressure. 12-14hrs work everyday and also on holidays with zero appreciations. No incentive, bonus. Lot of unnecessary SOP have to be followed which has zero productivity.

No micro management,top leadership is very professional, respectful environment...Best company I have ever worked!!

Salary yearly increment % is too low. No growth plan
