I took wrong decision. I thought company is bad. but working with current company only i am understanding how good milekal is. They treated me well by giving opportunity and good salary. but work pressure more. because of two seniors (Jr Managers) bad thought and their mistakes they brain washed us and now i am suffering and like me lot of friends are suffering.

You can take breaks during working hours to go grab a coffee/tea outside the office. Main reason for that is they don't provide anything in the office.

Very unprofessional, HR never responds to employ concerns. Everytime any employee brought up issues with the management decisions, they are immediately terminated. Also they never pay salary on time. Many times, the salary was credited after the 15th of the month. The quality of work they do is considered very poor to the standards of the industry....Read More

Dislikes are not much. They are very strict in timings. Managers don't like employees to sit in office beyond working hours. They expect everyone to finish their work on time.

Managers will not allow us to work freely. Focus is only on American Projects which affected badly during Corona times. Company has to focus on getting Canada and European Projects
