... but working with current company only i am understanding how good milekal is. They treated me well by giving opportunity and good salary. but work pressure more. because of two seniors (Jr Managers) bad thought and their mistakes they brain washed us and now i am suffering and like me lot of friends are suffering.

HR fires people who work sincerely for silly reasons and does not pay them. Manager plays favorites. They don't treat their employees well. Within 6 months around 18 interns resigned. Constantly threatened of being fired. Management decisions are illogical. Too much formalities for taking leave. They are never effective in maintaining client communication. Strict timings. Technical work is below average. Very toxic work culture.

You can take breaks during working hours to go grab a coffee/tea outside the office. Main reason for that is they don't provide anything in the office.

...rought up issues with the management decisions, they are immediately terminated. Also they never pay salary on time. Many times, the salary was credited after the 15th of the month. The quality of work they do is considered very poor to the standards of the industry.

Salary Increament is good although failed to provide one month Increament

Dislikes

No basic humanity.Treating employees as objects. No personal life. Working extra hours it will often extended to next day without extra pay. Failed to ensure employees safety at night. HR manager not available at production office location.
