(b) They often seem disinterested in helping new comers settle in and succeed. I left due to an extremely bossy lead named Deepak Kumar. Too much politics & frustrating experience as his desk was next to mine. He used to sit all day & night watching YouTube, TV serials & had issues if I left early etc.
