Bullying the Juniors by Seniors. Dishonesty of Mid-Level Seniors like TSI, SM. Oiling the technicians by TSI & SM & to show the BSi & Store In-charges mean as they are not valuable for Company. Cheating the juniors with attendance by seniors. Very low salary level as compared to work as forced to handle two posts (Coordinator & Store In-charge) with same salary e.g. 16,000.00 p/m. Excessive load of work on a single person which almost impossible. No work time schedule. Lack to invest the expenses to upgrade the Service Centre for modification as Model Centre. Not providing free arms to collaborate with technicians to resolve the customer issues. Interference of TSI in every matter relating to customer issue & save-guard his interests....Read More

Nothing to be likable about this organisation. If it's your first company don't consider joining it or else you will ruin you career by yourself. Everything is only talk here, it will take months to even get smallest work to done. Only bootlickers are entertained here, if you aren't one consider going to mentally agony.

Dislikes

Everything from management to the assigned tasks. Company want to be best but when it's actual time to do something good for the company the uneducated fools will come up with any excuse to put your work into the drain.

The company is very good, but the senior people there practice nepotism. They only allow their brothers and family members to move ahead.Even if someone is doing good work, they try to remove him. They always want to replace him with a family relative.

Dislikes

What to talk about job security when they have to be removed, then if they simply transfer you to a place where you will not be able to go and the salary is low, then it is not even possible that you will say yes, otherwise you will be compelled to resign.And why would anyone want to quit their job?

1. People don't cooperate. Thay just want the work done without even guiding. 2. Data is not centralised, you have to go from pne person to another like in govt. department. 3. No professional atmosphere, If you mail someone, person will not reply till the time you personally call him 4-5 times. 4. There are cameras everywhere and they are monitored evertime. you have to stick to your chair the whole day like others , otherwise you video will be recorded and you will get a call from senior management. 5.
