1. People don't cooperate. Thay just want the work done without even guiding. 2. Data is not centralised, you have to go from pne person to another like in govt. department. 3. No professional atmosphere, If you mail someone, person will not reply till the time you personally call him 4-5 times. 4. There are cameras everywhere and they are monitored evertime. you have to stick to your chair the whole day like others , otherwise you video will be recorded and you will get a call from senior management. 5. No likes ...seniors have More ego specially finance department . no support from senior manager's even they are Not provide you right guidance and Same as other employees . there are no enhancement in knowledge And skill . they not provide you any training .they are ruining your career . your are independently manage your work no One support you And you waste your time here for nothing. This company running on old conservative method. Everyone is like - apna kaam banta bhaad mai jaye janta. Old age ppl More working here. They don't adapt changes And always against the changes.
