Please join at your own risk considering uour future. You may get good money in beginning but later you will regret.

Dislikes

1. People don't cooperate. Thay just want the work done without even guiding. 2. Data is not centralised, you have to go from pne person to another like in govt. department. 3. No professional atmosphere, If you mail someone, person will not reply till the time you personally call him 4-5 times. 4. There are cameras everywhere and they are monitored evertime. you have to stick to your chair the whole day like others , otherwise you video will be recorded and you will get a call from senior management. 5. A great place to learn and grow together, because company had a training centre named as Gurukul where training is provided on the basis of TNI from each department from bottom to top.

The job is quite interesting,i struggled initially a bit but after some time i got a self-confidence by the relevant training provided at Gurukul. Now I'm enjoying the role given to me with my team.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
