Overall great work life balance. Permanent work from home option available but it is on the discretion of the manager.

If you have a great team, you will enjoy the work. However, it might happen that you are assigned to a team which may not have great culture of innovation in which case you might not like the kind of work you are doing.

Dislikes

product teams getting territorial about their features, end up pushing for their area for more visibility. Career growth is very ambiguous. You don’t get to know it at all until you actually get promoted. Maybe this problem is largely for the ICs.

Contractors have limited access into a lot of perks. While these positions are common and widely accepted in the US, they are pretty much looked down upon in India due to cultural differences.
