The company is very good and there is support from Microsense team.And because of Microsense company, I get a chance to work in a 5 star hotel, this is very good for me.

The company does not increase the salary of helpdesk engineer because it has been 2 years for me but till now the salary has not increased and it also does not give extra money for night shift as other companies give and I think that in 6 months the engineer will be paid. money should be increased

We can learn new things and improve our knowledge from zero to intermediate level.

Permanent job but we need to work in a hotel property(client site) as a contract staff and no growth for that role inside the company, same work we need to do forever.
