First of all salary is not up to what you are expecting and secondly in the covid 19 pandemic they told us to give temporary resignation and salary was given of 1 month only

Company is not increasing the salary for every year it is like my salary increment was given to me is 1500 and that to working for 3 years

Nothing. I am not someone who says some lame stuff. They don't care about you or anything. They never pay you for your overtime, they make you work even on government holidays and they don't pay for that also. They don't give you any bonus or anything.

I was working for the NOC team at chennai, I can bet there is nothing good about the company their process and the team leader and manager are absoutley fit for nothing, they keep torturing you until you resign.

The company is very good and there is support from Microsense team.And because of Microsense company, I get a chance to work in a 5 star hotel, this is very good for me.

The company does not increase the salary of helpdesk engineer because it has been 2 years for me but till now the salary has not increased and it also does not give extra money for night shift as other companies give and I think that in 6 months the engineer will be paid. money should be increased
