Now culture is very poor.HOD's are poor intrems of behavoiur like using wrong words,physical harasment,and abusment.The company MD may not be knowing this things.

No personal growth, until you get Godfather at VP level. Don't choose your production carrier at microlabs. No good increment, No promotion upto 15 years for all production people, but QC persons get back to back promotions and good increment No leaves. Increment we can't get at July, we should wait upto december.the they will give with 5months arriers. My units have 3 VPs within their ego's all working peoples getting suffer.totally waste of Microlabs life....Read More
