Their is very familiar culture in working . Their is very supportive system from seniors and corporate level. Their is very attractive incentive. Very cool house their is no any extra burdon an not any unnecessary pressure. Over all very good house for long time working.

No personal growth, until you get Godfather at VP level. Don't choose your production carrier at microlabs. No good increment, No promotion upto 15 years for all production people, but QC persons get back to back promotions and good increment No leaves. Increment we can't get at July, we should wait upto december.the they will give with 5months arriers.
