I had worked as Area Manager in this company. Because of my superiors working environment was very good. A lot of changes came as per the trend but company have to look into packages, allowances, benefits etc.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
