Good opportunity for those starting their carrier or wish to learn.

Dislikes

Management opinion matters end of the day. Even the manager who you might be reporting are not willing to vouch for you. Leaves aren't approved unless you plead to your manager a couple of times. HR are the worst part of the company. New recruiters are not informed in detail as to what they are getting into. CTC includes hidden components that are only given to the employees back on end of year. "Bonus" is one such component where in 50% is employees contribution given back with additional 50% added by the management. Language politics is a huge thing and you'll have to work apart from your profile. Forget getting a proper appraisal. The maximum "appraisal" Employees in certain departments get is around 1000rs. Only people who are desperate or are unable to get a job anywhere can try/apply here. Learn as you work, no training is provided but you are expected to possess knowledge of a person who has worked in the field extensively. You will be stuck with the same designation/position unless in favor of the manager. If you want to join this company it should be either your last resort or if you wish to learn....Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
