I have worked with Michelin for a while and one thing I can tell you for sure , no matter how hard you work with them, they will never be happy or praise you, forget appraisals. They are never satisfied with what you present and end up blaming you for everything. Plus, they have extremely long work hours. It's like they don't want you to have a life outside work. Very Wrong. Don't work for them.
