• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for automation.
• Design, test, and deploy automation solutions using industry-standard tools and technologies.
• Monitor and maintain automation solutions to ensure optimal performance and address any issues that arise.
• Provide training and support to end-users on the use of automation solutions.
• Continuously evaluate and improve existing automation solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

• Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI)
• UiPath Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
• Chatbot Platforms
• Conversational AI
