As someone who believes in the potential of digital transformation, I was excited to hear about muktiole hiring in Pune for transformation projects. However, my enthusiasm quickly turned into disappointment as it became evident that the digital transformer lacked the necessary qualifications and expertise for the role.

Dislikes

During the DCTI/business meetings, the digital trasformer appeared to be unfamiliar with the specific challenges and intricacies of real world. It was clear that they had a one-size-fits-all approach with little knowledge of the latest technological trends and advancements.

Company spends a lot on good employees , My mindset was totally changed after joining the company I.e. In private companies there is good jobs. Heartbreaking was leaving as much as good company. Dislikes

Management takes decision only opinions of current managers. Current manager(Hemant Minocha) having good personal relationship with HR (Jaya Shukla). So then what company makes final decision. This was soo bad that company have not cross check all evidence-based.
