Despite of a lot of good things hob security is a big concern as I HV seen many people even they were performing and not aware what happened but they had to leave. Infact many of did not aware that they have got transferred till the new person come to take the charge. When I joined the company and was supposed to take charge of Mumbai my predecessor who was working in Mumbai was not aware that he has got transferred until i inform him that I am here to take charge from him....Read More

HR functions need to improve for carrer growth and engagement of employee. The employee future, appraisal and carrer in the organistion is 100% dependent on his immidiate boss. Weather u r a performer or a laggard if your boss is happy laggard gets reward and if ur immidiate manager is nit happy even though u r a performer u r not safe in the organisation.
