Due to the no so interested HOD I was able to run the show on my own which sharpened my leadership skill, I was able to be a good decision maker and I learnt Indian guest handling , made my dealings smoother

Working at MHRIL was totally unsatisfactory, company has been growing tremendously , they have the product , they have the client but lack service , I mean the real service culture is missing. They are still struck on just like selling cars and forgetting. Their standards are below par so they have to discount everything.
