1. Management seems to have no broader plan for there lowermost layers, as policies are still not clear. 2. Planning aspect is very Bad in terms of Production. Nobody knows except assembly Shop what will be the next day plan.

I Love the fact that i am a part of spare part team that market reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural background, and we work happily in collaboration.

Compensation is decent, but growth is very slow. The working pressure is too much high in Aftersale Divison due to organization moto is fulfill customers demand on time. sometimes, i have to works 12-14 hours straight in a day. i also solves too much query like system point of view, support point of view but there is no any appreciation email from our superior.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.

see example There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.
