You will have good work life balance. Gym or life improvement program reimbursement provided. Good place for freshers and starting seniors to learn more in domain and technology. Leads will have some management sessions arranged for collaboration with their managers. Sometimes they arrange for life improvement programs outside. Have team lunches. Short travel experiences for leads.

Dislikes

Smaller working space. Same space reshuffled and used between different teams. So that's why we have hybrid working model. But not sure how it's going to help in long run. The culture improved a bit but still it needs improvement in the people's mindset. Most of them were in settled mindset and remain stagnant from moving ahead in further position or designation. From last 2 years we can see several internal promotions happened but still we can sense same. Management people need to change their way of work with their subordinates. Not pointing to all but some were still hesitant to change how they work with leads, senior devs, etc., still following their own legacy standards and work style, sometimes makes people annoying. 1) From day 1 you feel working with small company. Infact it is small unit size only in Coimbatore. 2) You can clearly notice micro management every day. 3) Managers and leads are very rude and sometimes do blackmail also !!! 4) Politics and Favourism is common behavour. If you are honest person, do expect some recognition for yourhard work done, you will definitely not gonna get it. 5) Not at all employee friendly. 6) Budget constraints for all. Not proper chair, headphone and other small things.. 7) Leaves will not be granted even if you have plenty of leaves in your account!! 8) Manager and lead treats indian people as disrespectful and foreign people are GOD Conclusion:: Most of them are SOMBU THOOKIES (try to find meaning in english). School like work culture!! Worst management. Micro management. Managers are unprofessional and sometimes rude actually their local behaviour comes out!! New managers especially in retail think they are Don of the company with zero management skills. No process at all.l in the company. Difficult for any new joiners, should always depend on experience people in other location Coimbatore who are in this company from past 10-15+ years and then receive lack of support from other team and management. Traditional and total dominating work culture. No support from other teams. Managers will not set the expectations or talk to the other teams/ partners. Management/ managers will just watch, no actions taken. They don't know what they have to do and they change on their talks and blame and don't know to set the realistic expectations for individuals.
