It is a great place to showcase your talent and if you prove yourself opportunity to work for mainstream projects are up for grabs. There are alot of employee benefits that are not available from other companies from this location. (Coimbatore). You get to interact with people across time zone but at your own comfort without any pressure from management

The company is open to innovation and encourages to learn new things. Good work-life balance. Good work environment. salary / appraisal were good in the beginning of my career in the company.

Dislikes

Since number of people in a team is less, one had to take more responsibilities. No proper roles and responsibilities defined among team members. At times, one would be getting overloaded tasks especially during releases.

Turing Softwares is a captive unit of Mettler Toledo, a world renowned company. No growth or job security beyond a certain point. They deliberately recruit fake experienced candidates from letter pad companies. Candidates from good companies are rejected citing attitude reasons. After billing the employees for 5 years, they send them out of company by some cheap politics. By this way they made sure the control of Turing Softwares doesn't go to Mettler Toledo. Job security only for core management team not for others. Managers are totally inefficient and incapable because of which they indulge in politics for their survival....Read More
