Good work environment teammates are supportive but management is not transparent. There is not any cafeteria and nor a gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are partially good they don’t give good salary hike nor bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues.there is a bond of 2 years if you want to resign you have to pay a lot of amount. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

No pays lip; No rights to know why the deduction has happened Accommodation facilities are very Pathetic. Transportation arrangements are very worst. No leaves, No emergency.
