Company does not give any appraisal even after 3 or more years of working. And this is basically boss oriented company and they are technically zero but they want to handle by own without any knowledge of anything that how is any work done and how it should be presented.

Work Details

I am an electrical engineer in this company. I work as a maintenance and project engineer. I look for electrical, mechanical and civil at the same time. After completion of project I am handling production, utility, qc checking, packing and dispatch.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
