If you are the teacher to yourself. Then good place to learn.

No strick rule on incentive caps. They charge the rules anytime. If they want to make money to themselves as a company. Incentives are hard earned and that definitely has to go the employees another the employer.

Work wise good place to learn by your own experience. There's no team work or knowledge sharing that happens to grow the organization but rather they see how to throw out a successful sales person. This is done mostly by the bad underdogs inside this org
