I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Our company provides leave policy which some employees occasionally take advantage of, leading to unplanned absences this has , in turn impacted their colleagues, who then face an increased workload to cover for these sudden leaves. but i 've heard that the company making some changes, and i'm hopeful that they will be positive.
