Our company provides leave policy which some employees occasionally take advantage of, leading to unplanned absences this has , in turn impacted their colleagues, who then face an increased workload to cover for these sudden leaves. but i 've heard that the company making some changes, and i'm hopeful that they will be positive.

Like literally a worst company to work with like they are treating employees like a rat many candidates are already at notice period and new candidates are leave the company within just one month. HARNISH has very high level of attitude they think that he is everything. they don't even know how to talk with candidates. HARNISH is the worst they treat a candidate like a dog. They didn't take care of there clients. HARNISH has not dressing sense not talking sense first of all they have to learn some manners. If you raise any complaint raise any questions then they will only focus on you like why are you so late why are you going early. Not approving leave. First of all harnish has to learn some Ethics And Manners. Manager is also on notice period because of Harnish Behaviour. All are just waiting to complete the bond and resign from the company. It is better to work with another company with less salary rather than Meru Accounting. Everyone is Just Fed up with the Harnish and Meru Accounting. And one more thing the HR name NEHA TIWARI she is just the name of HR she only listen what harnish said. Just a name of HR not a really HR is NEHA TIWARI. Just if you are going and thinking that NEHA TIWARI is HR just don't trust she just listen what Harnish Said. Never ever join the meru. Lots of dirty people there. No work-life balance Sometimes you have to work till 1 am and you didn't get money for that. Even you have to work on Saturday also just please don't trust on harnish's and HR words worst people are there. One more Admin Department head KOMAL MAKWANA Is Also The worst person they will also daily pressurize you for everything like if you are going to washroom and forgot to stop the timer the KOMAL MAKWANA will treat you like hell. Meru is the worst place I have ever been, They do terminate their members just for timer issues, this is the most irritating and stupid system I have ever seen to calculate your hours they have a timer system and timer gets automatically stopped if there is no activity for more than 3 minutes, Members of the meru are the worst especially a person named *KOMAL MAKWANA*, who keeps personal grudges on members, if you are at Target of her she will try her best to remove you from the firm as me. If you are willing to join this firm I'll strictly guide you not to join them. She gives you a notice for using the phone for 14 SECONDS and the bond says if you are using a mobile phone for more than 5 minutes then you'll receive notice, she sends you the notice for just holding your mobile on your hand ,This stupid lady doesn't even know the rules, and always starring at you for no reasons , KOMAL MAKWANA IS THE MOST IRRITATING PERSON YOU'LL EVER FACE IN YOUR LIFE, I DON'T THINK THIS LADY CAN MAKE ANYONE HAPPY IN HER LIFE. She is the totally most irritating personality I've ever met. The owner is not even responding properly, my colleague was in need of a letter and HR rejected, the team manager said yes to provide, still they didn't accept and when the colleague went to the owner he said Whatever HR(Neha) will say will happen, and I was like what? Who is the owner, you or Neha? A person named *HARDIK GOTI* is totally an imposter, a perfect selfish man. he is team manager there and if he has to get work completed ASAP, he will literally do anything, he will be on your back anytime, but as your work will be completed, he'll be the most selfish even he'll not pick up your phone, will not reply your messages too, he will totally break your back. They just held me for completing the file allocation and then terminated me, One more the owner(RUSHABH SHAH AND HARNISH SHAH) they don't even know their clients, after one introductory meeting they don't have any idea about their files, they'll just work for the payments, And for more payment they will allow every member to use the client timer so their work usage shows more, If you are going as a client I would suggest going to a different firm, and you are willing to join this firm as a member I'll say only a few words to you, "PLEASE DON'T"....Read More
