Nothing in company Anyone can pass the interview easily. As for crack this interview for accountant ypu don't need knowledge of accounting, Just speak english and that too only 2 3 words .. you will get the job.

Everything... nothing to like here 1. No hygiene you can find cockroaches and lizards more then people 2. No senior has knowledge as promotion given on basis of chamchagiri 3. If you are chamcha of your TL then you get good files and also get acknowledge. But then too credit to TL hi legi🤣 4. Manager level person who don't know simple accounting.. for journal entries he is not sure what would be Dr and what should be Cr. 5. Best part who will never be appreciated for your good work but yess you will be defamed by TL because you didnot cover up the chamcha's mistake... 6. No professionals 7. No worklife balance 8. No work ethic 9. Only you will be blame just because you are not senior. Baki sab thik haii..🤣 10. No one cares about clients work just focus on timer. 11. They deduct your salary without informing you and if yoh ask that then they say its company policy.. when you ask for that policy to be explained then they changed their statemnet to managements decision. 12.they are holding salaries without reason even they are forcing employee who wants to leave the company to stay by holding their salaries. 13. No employee benifits only loss for you if you are joining. 14. There is nothing to learn as no one is senior as pr knowledge . As per position every new joinee can be senior without any knowledge by doing chamchagiri. No Proper Management: Rather focusing on clients, Admin keep targeting each and every employee regarding time tracking that needs to be strictly followed. They don't care if any client is terminating the contract, they just wanna overcheck whether any employee is not adding the manual time. Worst HR: They will never pick calls, never respond on mails when needed. I had to wait around 15 days to have a reply on my mail, even after followups. Favoritism: The very common point in any organisation where Meru plays an important role here too. Some employees are just enjoying the positions of lead without even doing anything and do nothing when any employee really needs help. Getting leads position by just flattering the manager and befriended with them so they can eat up huge amount with huge position. And this is pathetic, because some employees behind and under them are really working hard. Bad Leadership: If Meru is looking at this one, let me explain them What actually a Leader should do. A Leader must stand behind an employee to assist him when needed, to cover him/her and to make him/her learn new things so that he/she can work efficiently. FRESHERS EXPECT THAT A LEADER WILL HELP HIM/HER TO BE ADJUSTIBLE IN THE ENVIRONMENT. But no, some leaders focuses on their favourite employees(friends or rather say closed ones) and left alone the others to their desks. PATHETIC!! The Manager: Words would be lesser to define about him. I can't take his name here,but he is very famous. Famous for what? Famous for not knowing anything about clients and their bookkeeping. Yes, more than updates about clients and their knowledge, he wants to be assured whether any employee is making overuse of client timers, unnecessary use of teams, or who is on no task. He doesn't care what client requires, because after all it is not his concern, that should be what en employee must care about it. He never went on Client calls, coz he doesn't know english. That's not it coz something new has always happened while in case of him. Unprofessional review (MOST IMPORTANT TO READ) : So after above points let me tell you whether you should join or not. Leaves wagerah thoda easily mil jaati hai and timings bhi flexible hai. Kaam ki baat kare toh koi pressure wala kaam nahi hai. But salary would be lower. Agar apko less pressure wala work chaye like if you are focusing on studies achieving degrees, then you should join otherwise not. Professionally develop hona hai like totally focus on work then it is not recommended. (P.S): There are some other reviews over here, english padhke lagna chaye apko ke vo ChatGPT se paragraphs uthaake copy paste kiye hai. Our company provides leave policy which some employees occasionally take advantage of, leading to unplanned absences this has , in turn impacted their colleagues, who then face an increased workload to cover for these sudden leaves. but i 've heard that the company making some changes, and i'm hopeful that they will be positive.
