Furthermore, our appraisals are based on a comprehensive performance review procedure that follows international standards. It incorporates a ranking system built on a substantial number of assessment parameters and tangible metrics, making it accurate, objective and fair. On top of that, we have another level of evaluation wherein the managers at MGI follow a structured and well-defined process, which also includes a significant number of parameters to evaluate employee performance. This detailed protocol is implemented each year with absolute precision, and the multiple levels of review and feedback are specially designed to minimise bias and ensure transparency and fairness. Regarding the learning curve – For employees who feel they've maximised their potential, there are multiple ways to grow and contribute to the organisation. It’s a company-sponsored transport facility that picks and drops our employees from the nearest metro stations, should they choose to avail it. The vehicles used are company-owned and are driven by company-employed drivers. The purpose of this facility is to provide rapid, stress-free connectivity between the office and the nearest metro stations, especially during traffic-ridden office hours.
