It’s a company-sponsored transport facility that picks and drops our employees from the nearest metro stations, should they choose to avail it. The vehicles used are company-owned and are driven by company-employed drivers. The purpose of this facility is to provide rapid, stress-free connectivity between the office and the nearest metro stations, especially during traffic-ridden office hours. However, they're bound to vary from industry to industry, employee to employee and are sometimes based on factors such as expertise, experience and extraordinary contributions. At MGI, we duly recognise employees based on their performance and outstanding accomplishments and make sure they're rewarded appropriately. Furthermore, our appraisals are based on a comprehensive performance review procedure that follows international standards. It incorporates a ranking system built on a substantial number of assessment parameters and tangible metrics, making it accurate, objective and fair.
