It’s a company-sponsored transport facility that picks and drops our employees from the nearest metro stations, should they choose to avail it. The vehicles used are company-owned and are driven by company-employed drivers. The purpose of this facility is to provide rapid, stress-free connectivity between the office and the nearest metro stations, especially during traffic-ridden office hours. That said, we'd like to put forth a list of leaves we already offer – Earned Leave, Casual Leave, Sick Leave, Marriage Leave, Maternity/Paternity Leave, Bereavement Leave, Compensatory Leave, Unpaid Extended Leave, Birthday Leave and leaves on other Special Occasions. These leaves are on top of the regular public holidays, national days and gazetted holidays deemed mandatory by the government.
