1.To much work pressure. 2. Mangers were not supported at all. 3. Late night work are too much at frequently basis. 4. They expect from the new employee learn things very fast and gives output to the company. 5 . Job security is 0% in QA department. 6 . If someone has make the mistake small or big the manger scolded and insult in front of everyone . 7. Increment percentage was also very less or they simply terminate the employee abruptly. 8. No proper Kt is given to the employee they think employee has understand the product deeply at own according to the experience. I suggest not join this company at all....Read More
