There is good job security. People are good ( if you can tackle politics). Salary is on time. Campus is awsome.

Dislikes

Office politics. Bad team management (not all dept) Beware of designer (rakesh patel). Very impolite and rude. High level of open partiality. HR new policies not beneficial to employees mostly. Only junk food available in small canteen. Management is ok ok. No slab wise salary. Your junior may have better package than yours. Work f rom home issues are there except in few teams where their heads take stand for team's safety. No yearly cultural program for the employees. Hardly any training provided during probation. Work Details

Work is good. But heads can put you in random work without consent. People don't want to update working pattern and fight if they are reminded of their responsibility.

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
