I worked at this company for over a year but recently left due to the challenging work environment after my manager got changed. The culture was highly demotivating, especially for junior employees and non CA, who were often criticized and treated disrespectfully. The HR department lacked supportive policies, particularly for femaleemployees, and mental harassment was common and HR is not supportive at all. Management used inappropriate language, creating a hostile and discouraging workplace. I joined Mercurius in 2023 and have horrible and terrible experience. Manager does not listen, HR is horrible. Team is not supportive. They believe in biasness and is good with employees who give them information about comany. Partner can shout to employeee on floor and everyone just see. The Training sessions by the HR is so well and highly appreciable in context of learning purpose thorough out this pandemic and love the fact of helping hands here.

Have been working here for last 3 years the pay is demolished as i think so employees not getting appropriate pay as according to their skills and experience as well qualifications they are having. Even as in this pandemic they have not provided the yearly raise through out the year.

My time at Mercurius was very positive. The team was very supportive. There was minimal office politics within my team , which made for a productive environment. HR, especially Ms Deepansha, made the onboarding process easy and was supportive throughout. A little more freedom should be given. Eg- if my work for the day is over we should be allowed to go home, rather, now we have to sit and complete our hours be it idle. Although, we are encouraged to utilise our time to practise and learn.

My firm always upheld the interest of its employees over any other thing. The mentors Ravi Gupta sir, Ankit Jain sir and Siddhartha Havelia sir always guided me like elder siblings and the HRs Kanika and Deepansha have always helped me in every possible way
