My time at Mercurius was very positive. The team was very supportive. There was minimal office politics within my team , which made for a productive environment. HR, especially Ms Deepansha, made the onboarding process easy and was supportive throughout. My manager, Ms Mehak Taneja, was an excellent mentor, offering guidance and support, especially when mistakes happened. Learning environment. It supports and encourages you to learn and grow.

A little more freedom should be given. Eg- if my work for the day is over we should be allowed to go home, rather, now we have to sit and complete our hours be it idle. Although, we are encouraged to utilise our time to practise and learn.

My firm always upheld the interest of its employees over any other thing. The mentors Ravi Gupta sir, Ankit Jain sir and Siddhartha Havelia sir always guided me like elder siblings and the HRs Kanika and Deepansha have always helped me in every possible way
