Overall organization environment is good to work and my manager Mehak taneja ma'am is also very cooperative and supporting and HR operation(Deepansha) is also very cooperative and helped me during my employment life cycle.

I really liked the exceptional exposure to US GAAP audits. I have worked with audit team and worked on PCOAB and listed clients in the US. You get to work with partners directly and Seniors are really supportive.

I worked at this company for over a year but recently left due to the challenging work environment after my manager got changed. The culture was highly demotivating, especially for junior employees and non CA, who were often criticized and treated disrespectfully. The HR department lacked supportive policies, particularly for femaleemployees, and mental harassment was common and HR is not supportive at all. Management used inappropriate language, creating a hostile and discouraging workplace. A little more freedom should be given. Eg- if my work for the day is over we should be allowed to go home, rather, now we have to sit and complete our hours be it idle. Although, we are encouraged to utilise our time to practise and learn.
