Compensation benefits.Veeva and Salesforce are niche skills and as per the market standards the compensation provided by Merck is quite low. This should be understood by the HR Managment and they should make market corrections for the exisiting skilled employees in order to reduce the attrition rate.

Also they don't give Two months notice period if they put you in PIP and at the last day of PIP they will call you and will threatened you to resign else they will terminate you.
