I connected with Merck immediately when I came to give interview in the Merck office. The unique Merck logo and font and the vibrant colours, the posters which spreading the thoughts of curiosity really attracted me. I felt like this is the place where I wanted to work where you can share your ideas, ask questions. It has a great culture, people respect each other, nobody discreminates others irrespective to their position. Great learning opportunity. Good work life balance.
