Company wise it is good, but the you never expect any support/help from management and team members. They believe in monopoly.

Company is good, but people of the company is not good. Don't expect any help or support from team members or manager. The words of Team leader is final. There is no job security at all. Also they don't give Two months notice period if they put you in PIP and at the last day of PIP they will call you and will threatened you to resign else they will terminate you.
