I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)

They were open to new ideas

Dislikes

It was nt a professional set up. And they try to extract max from you like u r some labour. And then the elder labour is there who jus won't let you do ur job n would just consider you a competitor. Then theres language problem n the salary is too low as compared to responsibility the kind of work you do.
