The company will give no increment till 3 years. And when they give they will give only 7 to 8%.... Plus once we give you letter the accrued increment for earlier years will not be paid till 14 months. Technically you will not get any benefit till 3 years in the company. There is hardly any youth in the company because the youngsters the youth will not accept such kind of a company and would not like to continue the attrition rate is very high. They make you work on Saturdays also and there is no option for work from home even if you are very sick. The attitude of the senior management itself is lethargic and casual hence nobody in the market is willing to join this company.

This company will not allow you to take / avail earned leaves in the first one year of your employment. - thats terrible. All the other companies will pay you bonus within 3 months of year closing. For example if the year ends in March other companies pay you bonus by July but this company will pay you bonus in the month of October end. The salary every month paid after 8 th of the month. Other companies give 12 public holidays in your but this company will give only 8. Other company will give you more than 18 earned leaves or privilege leaves in a year but this company will give 15 or less. If you join this company ultimately you will get frustrated and irritated and would eventually leave. The HR of the company has started saying lies to the candidates in order to onboard them or do not tell all the facts. Even after requesting several Times the HR will never share with you the human resource policy of the company because they do not want you to discover what benefits and employee is eligible for. Less work load, relax job, salary on time, who works more get more work. Who don't do work nobody gives them work. Good for-people with family. Accommodation and food provided by company Transportation provided by company.

Work culture is bad Only telgue speaking people dominate every site even in north. No recognition of person doing hard work. Credit taken by seniors only. Appraisal system is broken here. You never get to know when appraisal will be given. Mostly appraisal done in 2-3 year with only 5-10% increments in salary. Increment done based on favouritism not on performance.
