In an emergency time work support from office is very good.

HR policy is not good.NO House rent for family in site location,Food Allowance is only 2000 per month.Neglecting old employees in increament time and they offer new employees more salary.My salary is equal to new employee Sr Engineer salary.It is very bad 😞.I have been working here 12 Years but no growth in my salary.

Hikes never come on time if your lucky your 1 st hike can happen in 3-4 years also based on when you joined. Here employees are just treated as tools no respect for the employees from top level. You don't have any appraisal or promotion regularly it nearly once in 3 years.Company says they will give bonus every year but you don't get any bonus.No work life balance as you have to work 7 days a week and NO OTs are paid even Sundays are not paid days but you have to work for free on sundays.
