Likes

Good team work. Every one have good sense of humour.

Dislikes

The working hours are insanely high. They force you to work 12 hours every day. There is only Sunday week off and they force you to come to office on Sunday as well. The management is worst. They don't even check if employees problems. They straight up ignore it. They don't even have enough parking for there employees.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
