All the management relative are settled in this company.

Very bad experience. Telegu people are more preferable because the management relatives are settled as Am,pm,spm in this type of post.98% employee of this company Telugu and relative of each other if we make a list of employee work in this company we found that also. So that non telegu employee dont take facility as much as telegu employee.The site audit also very poor.

This is one of the worst company for electrical projects. Their packages are worst and they deducted around 30-35% of your salary and they provide that money as bonus after 3,4 years,

Whole management is filled with Unprofessionals and almost all the staff they have hired is based on recommendations and linguistic preferences. Management and directors are not having zero knowledge about SOP . Very difficult for the new staff to survive here under immense linguistic biased politics. You don't have any appraisal or promotion regularly it nearly once in 3 years.Company says they will give bonus every year but you don't get any bonus.No work life balance as you have to work 7 days a week and NO OTs are paid even Sundays are not paid days but you have to work for free on sundays.
